Lykon is approximately in between the size of real world North America and Asia. If Canada was 9 squares across, and Russia was 14, Lykon would be 11 squares at its widest point (and 8 squares across the middle). If North America was 8 squares high, and Asia 13, Lykos would be 10 squares high.
