No one should have to feel uncomfortable for the convenience of others.

Everyone is encouraged to let it be known if you’re feeling unwelcome or uncomfortable with anything, especially if it’s something that can be corrected.

We don’t want you to have to sit back and just deal with something for any reason. Especially when there are people right here who are willing to make you feel as comfortable as possible.

It’s possible that members could come through here with:
-a mental/physical disability
-a letter in lgbt+
-real life struggles
-past struggles
-triggers
-basically anything.

There are people in this role playing community who have experience with some/most of these situations, and are absolutely willing to try and speak with you if you’re having trouble with these things listed (or not listed).

Beyond this, if something is going on on the forum that makes you uncomfortable (for example, triggering you, misgendering you, etc.), please speak up.
If there is something that can be done by a leader to make you comfortable, it will undoubtedly be done.

Of Lykon is a safe space. Roleplays can be a way of an escape from real life for some people. We want your time away from the real world to be as welcoming and accepting as possible.

If something is bothering you, don’t hold back.
Everyone is different, everyone has different situations.

If we can help you through things or even just be supporting friends, that’s what we’ll do.

The point is, you don’t have to fight your fights alone. And if there’s anything that can be done to make you more welcome and comfortable here, we’d be more than willing to accommodate.
